THANKS for your patience while we're growing on over 300 different selections of our Helleborus x hybridus 'Sunshine Spectaculars'TM series of Double- and Anemone-Flowered Hellebores in Tissue Culture. It's a long slow process, but we're very pleased with the results and will have a few of the introductions available very soon. And while you're waiting, to reward your patience and grace your walls, I've commissioned world famous botanical illustrator, Wendy Hollender to create a set of botanical prints in the style and tradition of the old masters. Wendy Hollender’s work has been exhibited extensively throughout the United States. She works on commissioned illustration collections for museums, galleries, conservation groups and gardens throughout the country. She teaches botanical illustration at the renowned New York Botanic Garden. But, rather than gush about Wendy's accomplishments here, I'll refer you to her own website where she can state her qualifications, albeit with her inimitable style and humility [www.whartdesign.com/bio.html] These highly collectible, limited edition “giclee” prints were composed from her original art. They're custom printed, individually signed by the artist and are designed to hang together, or alone. Print size is 12 x 16 inches, 16 x 20 inches matted. A Giclee print (pronounced “ghee-clay”) is a high-resolution digital print and is a recognized fine art print category. Giclee is widely considered the best technique for reproducing original artwork. These prints are limited editions. The inks used are the highest quality 100 year pigmented inks to assure the longevity of the prints. They're printed on acid-free archival paper and come matted in gallery quality beveled opening, acid-free, hunter green mats. Individual prints are $95.00 each, however, you can have the complete set of four for $295.00. Packaging, shipping and insurance is $15.00 to any address in the United States.
